From top to bottom shows my full process of drawing this perspective of the hallway in the architecture building. While practicing in my sketchbook, I was having trouble with establishing a correct perspective since all aspects of my drawing weren't going to the vanishing point. I tried to keep this in mind while I was doing my finalized drawing and my skills greatly improved. I found it very helpful that this was a layered drawing because with each layer I noticed details that I missed or objects that weren't drawn correctly. Adding tone and value to the drawing gave it life! This was my favorite layer to do since it truly transformed my drawing. Drawing people is something I've always struggled with but after studying the files on canvas and the reading, my drawings of people became more proportional and detailed. I am extremely happy with the finished product and I think it represents the improvement of my skills well.
